Grooming gang failures and Dereliction of duty in Public Office charges required

Up until now mistakes are identified, individual accountability is absent. The councils who failed to act, vote on whether to have further investigations into their own inaction. We need to know where the idea/s around fear to further investigate these atrocities spawned from, resulting in delusional ill conceived perceptions of law by those required to uphold/interpret the law, & their actual inaction whilst in positions of public expectation & responsibility.
