Halt or delay the 2023 ULEZ expansion

Rejected 9 signatures

What the petition asks

Half the expansion of the ULEZ zone to rural areas that do not suffer air pollution. A good portion of the impacted population live in rural areas and drive efficient (60+mpg) cars short distance (under 10k miles per year). This is a big financial blow with minimal improvements for the environment.
With the pandemic having an impact on all of us financially and on our health, supply chain issues with car prices up, the rising living costs, the war, this is needlessly punitive and poorly timed measure.
