Extend Animal Activities Licensing regulations to cover all animal businesses

What the petition asks

Extend the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 to all animal-related professions not currently covered. This should include animal training, dog walking, fertility clinics, and educational courses.
To ensure that all animal-related professions are properly regulated, and help reduce bad practices, such as spreading of false information or bad advice, that can lead to harm to animals and risks to the public, including children.
