What the petition asks

I would like the Government to expedite child arrangement proceedings within 2 months from the application presented in court. The long wait for a court hearing is far too long and detrimental for children, specially to those who have been taken away from a loved parents and/or abducted or relocated

I would like the following: 1) Within 15 days from the date of the application, the court to order the safeguarding letter from Cafcass. 2) Cafcass need to complete the letter within 15 days including made direct contacts with the parents; 3) The Court need to list the First hearing within 2 months from the application date; 4) At any Court Hearing, the Judge must order and communicate the date of the next hearing to take place within 15 days from the last hearing.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
