Do not phase out lamb, beef or other meat products

What the petition asks
According to a report by UK FIRES, eating beef and lamb would need to be phased out in order to meet the legal commitment of zero emissions by 2050.
That there is a climate emergency is contested, as can be attested by the recent World Climate Declaration, signed by over 1100 scientists and professionals who oppose the net zero CO2 policy for 2050, deeming it damaging and unrealistic.
Meat contributes several essential nutrients which are difficult to obtain in the right amounts from other food sources. Iron, for example, is most bioavailable when the source is meat.
Local grass-fed cattle farming should be encouraged as opposed to factory farming.
