We want the Government to hold a referendum across England on whether we should have a devolved parliament/assembly.
Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have devolved assemblies/parliaments. Why doesn't England? Those who sign this petition are calling on the government to hold a referendum on establishing a devolved parliament.
