Immediately lift the sanctions on Russia

Closed 107 signatures

What the petition asks

The UK to lift sanctions on Russia to try and help its own citizens in this time of crisis. With inflation soaring along with the cost of living in the UK the poor in society as always will pay the price. Lifting sanctions could help alleviate the current cost of living crisis.
The sanctions have not delivered a devastating blow that could have led to a significant change of policy from Russia.

We are now seeing the devastating effects sanctions can have domestically and it is the people of the UK, especially the poorer in society, who are paying the price, with worse potentially yet to come.

As we are no longer in the EU so we can control what we do for the better of our own population, and we believe sanctions should be lifted.
