Make parking on someone else's driveway an offence

What the petition asks
Currently the law does not protect property owners from other people parking on their private land. As the matter is civil it can take an eternity to pursue and at great cost to the landowner. Police should be given the power to remove offending vehicles at cost to the owner.
By giving the police the means to action this not only will it give peace of mind that your driveway or private parking space is protected it will penalize those at fault, rather than the innocent property owner having to go through such an unfair and expensive inconvenience. Jobs could be created and funds raised as the perpetrators would be liable for any costs plus a potential fine and penalty points. Also it will take a further strain from the civil courts to deal with other matters.
