Make ALL water pollution into ANY body of natrual water a major crime.

What the petition asks
All forms of pollution into any natural body of water to be completely OUTLAWED.
Agricultural and farming waste, industrial waste, sewage and water company waste, Livestock waste, septic tank waste, oil waste.
No types of waste or byproducts at all should be allowed into waterways, rivers and seas.
No ifs, no buts, no maybes.
All enterprises has to be responsible for there own waste. Waterways are a dumping ground.
We are on the verge of ecological breakdown and unless this stops with we see a human and environmental health crisis of epic proportions.
