What the petition asks

I'd like you to look into why motorcycles are having to filter thro traffic when there is a bus lane available but illegal to be used by motorcycles and this could be used greatly reducing the risk of an incident and greatly improving road traffic safety

Because it will greatly improve road safety and make access much easier for motorcycles, especially blood bikes needing to get to hospitals and traveling in heavy congestion of traffic especially in peak times

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

Restrictions on the types of vehicles that can use particular lanes, including bus lanes, are a matter for individual local authorities, not the Government or House of Commons.

If you want your local authority to permit motorcycles to be able to use all bus lanes in your locality you should raise this with your local authority or local councillor.
