Introduce new requirements to ride a moped or motorcycle on the road

What the petition asks
We believe that instead of just having to take a Compulsory basic training (CBT) to ride a moped or motorcycle on the road, people should have to:
- have a minimum amount of time on the road accompanied by an instructor
- pass a practical and theory test, similar to those for cars
We believe these changes would help make the roads safer for inexperienced drivers and save lives.
Many people taking the CBT are young inexperienced people with little if any experience on the roads. Car drivers cannot go on the roads on their own without passing a test even if they have a small engine car, so you shouldn't be able to go on the road with a small engine motorcycle/moped after just a day's training.
