Ensure ALL students with student loans NEVER pay back more than they borrowed

What the petition asks

Ensure ALL students never pay back more than they borrowed in student loans. The interest rate is currently 6.3% for plan 2 students, higher than a typical mortgage, so many students are accumulating huge debts. Once a student has repaid the amount they originally borrowed repayments should stop.
The Government should not be making large sums of money out of students trying to build a better life. Students who took out student lives do not need to start their young lives with vast amounts of debt. Total repayments should be capped at what was borrowed originally.
