Petition · past parliament

Allow people to register with an NHS dentist again.

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

Deal with the current dentistry crisis whereby hard-working people are unable to access NHS dental treatment.
The dental service within the NHS is barely accessible to the public currently.
In a civilised society access to an NHS dentist should not be impossible to access. Hundreds of people are in pain and clogging up A and E with dental pain because of the lack of NHS dental services.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you are concerned about access to dentists, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. For example, we could accept a petition calling on the Government to increase funding for NHS dentistry, to increase access to dentists.
