Add "Black - British" to the DfE school census ethnicity codes

What the petition asks
Instead of forcing people to pick from existing DfE school census ethnicity codes, the Government should add "Black - British" to this list. There is a code for "White - British", but no equivalent code for any other British ethnicity.
