Fund neutering of stray and feral animals by animal rescue centres

What the petition asks
I think the Government should fund the neutering of stray and feral animals by non-profit animal rescue centres that are desperately trying to tackle the problem of stray animals.
Too many animal rescue centres spend significant amounts of their limited resources on neutering of stray and feral animals to try and deal with the massive problem we have in this country of stray and feral cats. Providing funding to animal rescue centres to cover the cost of neutering stray and feral animals should help them deal with this issue without incurring unsustainable costs themselves.
