Stop tax on over time for full time employees

What the petition asks
Stop or reduce tax on any work done over contracted hours, for example this month alone I’ve done 23 hours over my contracted hours and I’ll be taxed on all of that I’m giving up my time to help the company I work for out that money should be mine I’ve earned it.
By getting rid of the tax or even lowering it on over time it would increase peoples work ethic and make doing overtime worth actually doing, by reducing tax on overtime it would increase the amount people can afford to spend on bills as-well as shopping etc which would help boost the economy, surely it would be better to help the working people out rather than the rich that already have money. After all we are all just cogs in a machine and it’s about time the smaller ones got some oil!
