Ban smoking and vaping in all public spaces

What the petition asks
To encourage people to quit smoking and improve public health. The current ban on smoking in enclosed public spaces has been a huge success. Research in the British Medical Journal estimated there were 1,200 fewer hospital admissions for heart attacks in the year following the ban.
The British Heart Foundation has said that the smoking ban is one of a series of moves to discourage smoking, that the ban is part of a trend towards policies that denormalise smoking, and has helped create a shift in culture.
I strongly believe that banning smoking and vaping in all public places will further discourage people to smoke, and especially help stop youngsters from starting this filthy and harmful habit and eliminate passive smoking in public.
