What the petition asks
The Government must call a General Election to be held before Christmas 2022 to ensure that the British people have the ability to decide on who and therefore how the country should be run on our behalf.
The current Government is in crisis and and the 2nd time there has been a mutiny in the governing party is resulting in markets crashing, the energy crisis getting worse and putting the standard of living for most at risk. The Government is so distracted with its own issues it is failing to address the concerns and interests of the people whom which they are supposed to represent and put first. The British people must now decide and have their say no matter the outcome.
