What the petition asks
IR35 is unfair and unjust, it has devastated contracting and severely affected small businesses and entrepreneurs starting their own business.
IR35 is unjust, true contractors do not get the same training or employee benefits such as sick pay, holiday pay, maternity leave or company pension contributions.
IR35 stunts growth and progression of the the country. It is unattractive to foreign investors, thus reducing investments, eventually costing the country in the long run. Similar laws in other countries have been abandoned.
