Ban use of fireworks by the public after 11pm, and organised displays after 1am

What the petition asks
Ban the use of all fireworks by the public for all celebrations, religious or private, after 11pm, except for publicly organised displays, which should be limited to 1am.
The current rules on the use of fireworks are too permissive, and fireworks often continue to be used until early morning.
This is disturbing residents' sleep, causing distress to people suffering from PTSD and other health conditions and also to pets.
Further limiting the time that fireworks can be used by the public there could benefit the health and cohesion of the community.
