What the petition asks

Change the law on MP'S. If they have been sacked or resigned from a position then they leave being an MP for LIFE! No one wants recycled rubbish. If they can't do the job - get them out. No second, third or fourth chances. Be like any other employer - resigned or sacked - your OUT

As tax payers, we are tired of ineffective MP's who take up posts and don't do their jobs as promised. If it were any other employer, you would be out on your ear. You just recycle eachother based on who are in support of an MP. Therefore there is NO accountability placed on YOU which is not inline with any UK employer. Time for change
