Require employers offer interviews to disabled job applicants

What the petition asks
It can be difficult for disabled people to get a job, especially when there are misconceptions about disabilities. Only 5.1% of adults with learning disabilities are known to be in employment. Requiring employers interview applicants who declare a disability could help improve equality.
The Government needs to better protect the rights of disabled community, as there are many capable of doing the work but who struggle to even get an interview.
Just a guaranteed interview no matter what should be provided as part of law. Just seeing the person may change the interviewer's mind and perception of disability.
