Make National Highways an option when calling 999

What the petition asks
When calling 999 you have to request for police, fire, ambulance however there is no option for highways when there is debris/ broken down vehicles/trees in out public highways etc. We want people to be able to reach an emergency line for National Highways by dialling 999.
This could reduce demand on other emergency service's control room staff eg. police get called about every highways incident even if there is no requirement for the police to attend.
It would also ensure that people reporting a highways emergency could talk directly to the relevant staff, and so help reduce wait times for an emergency response by National Highways.
