Make it mandatory for all bars and clubs to search bags and people on entry

What the petition asks

All bars and clubs should be required to search people and bags on entry, so those carrying weapons and/or drugs can be stopped from entering and causing harm to those inside.

I myself have been spiked twice this year, and the venues I went to either did not check bags at all or briefly looked inside. Me being spiked was NOT my fault, and if thorough searches were done, young people would feel safer about going out and having fun. I'm now scared to go out, and no one should live in fear of going for a night out with friends. It was my friend's birthday, we were all dancing and having a laugh and the night took a horrible ending. I was unconscious, vomiting and unable to move.
