Regulate the Companies and protect the Owners in the Holiday Park Industry

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

There is a probity issue. Statutory governance, due-process and scrutiny as embodied in the Nolan Principles must be adopted by these companies. This protects the vulnerable, the simple and honest and those of modest means.
No one will address this grievous exploitation
No one else cares about this abuse of decency.
Those of limited income, clean-living, family loving, law abiding citizens are being ‘plundered’ by modern day profiteers.
The absence of integrity gives rapacious companies carte blanche to do what they like...and they do…at enormous human cost.
It is an area overlooked and neglected by law….but not by commercial enterprise!

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you'd like more regulation for park homes, but we're not sure what you'd like to be changed. You can read more about current regulation here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
