Make it unlawful to sell live lobsters in supermarkets and to boil them alive.

What the petition asks
Lobsters do feel pain and suffer. They don't have automated nervous systems, but marine biologists suggest they feel every second of pain inflicted upon them before death. Studies show lobsters kept in tanks suffer from stress associated with confinement, low oxygen levels and overcrowding.
Supermarkets have been selling live lobsters for years. It's wrong and it needs to stop. Let's follow many other countries and make it unlawful to sell live lobsters in supermarkets and to boil them alive. It is extremely cruel, unethical and unnecessary.
