What the petition asks

The UK is a country of animal lovers and many animals that are scared of the sound of fireworks. The UK being a multi cultural country there are many celebrations that people use fireworks.
The sale of quiet fireworks cost the same price as those that make the loud bangs. No reason for loud ones.

I have two dogs and they are extremely scared of fireworks I have to give them sedation drugs so they can try and deal with the loud bangs.
This is also the same as those that have horses. There is no reason to have fireworks that bang now that they have made them silent. They are also the same price as those that are loud. Meaning that there is no reason to not buy them.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Reduce the decibel limit on fireworks to 85 decibels, to reduce impact
