Ban people from purchasing & letting off fireworks apart from organised events

What the petition asks
Make it law that fireworks can only be let off at organised and licensed events at guy Fawkes night and New Year’s Eve
Pets are terrified and distressed.
Farmer’s livestock are worried by them.
The noise is antisocial.
The times at which people let them off is antisocial.
People don’t take enough care - they let them off even when it it too window.
Illegal “back of lorry” trade takes place.
It would be interesting to know through a Freedom of Information Act how much NHs A & E time is used up through “gone wrong” fireworks at homes.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
