What the petition asks
Ban the use/purchase of fireworks by the public or for home use - only allow commercial fireworks shows
Public sale of fireworks allows them to fall in the hands of irresponsible people which proves extremely dangerous every year they are used as weapons or put many people in hospital they also cause extreme distress for animals and with the lack of restrictions on times and purchases this can go on throughout the night and causes soem animals to even die as a result of this
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
