Stop Rishi Sunak removing Trans peoples rights from the Equality Act 2010

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

By removing the legal protection for Transgender people in the UK. This means Trans people will no longer be able to safely access same-sex spaces.
Discrimination will be legal too in the workplace. This is putting so many Trans people at risk!
34% of Trans people attempt suicide - is that what you want Mr Prime Minister?

64% of young trans people are bullied. My son has experienced this.. again is this OK?

73% of trans people are harassed in public ( raging from insults to physical violence) - Are you condoning this Mr Prime minister?

21% of trans people avoid going out in public due to fear!

So basically the Prime Minister is punishing people for simply being happy and trying to live their lives?
