Fund increased pay for teachers who work with SEND children

There are benefits and grants for parents and schools for SEND children. We think teachers should receive financial recognition for the hard work of working with these children.

We believe the Government should fund higher pay for teachers who look after children with special educational needs or disabilities. It can be harder work for teachers working with these children, as they may have particular learning requirements, be behind or have issues communicating.
