include creation science in science as a competing theory of evolution .

What the petition asks
To formulate a curriculum of creation science to be included in The National Curriculum specifications for the Teaching of Science in schools.
Science considers the full range of evidence to explain a concept. Currently the government is ignoring creation science as another explanation to explain origins alongside evolution and denying children the right to this knowledge. There are numerous published papers which would confirm this evidence and it is only right that this evidence be brought to the classroom for children to consider.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you want to see changes to the national curriculum for science, but we're not sure what content you want to be added to the national curriculum. Your petition refers to "creation science", but we're not sure exactly what you mean by this.
