Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Our MP Laura Farris has raised this months ago but we need action in these difficult times, a difference of 16p per litre within 20 miles. As reported in the Newbury Weekly News.

As per the letter from Laura Farris MP to Graham Stuart MP in October, these disparities need to be investigated.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.

Decisions about fuel prices are a matter for individual retailers, not the UK Government or Parliament.
