Stop the enlargement of the London Congestion Zone for 5 years.

Stop the enlargement until a full and thorough Business Case is produced supported by independent scientific and financial advice.
I believe this should be for a minimum of 5 years.
This is a real issue for motorhomes, campervans and other high cost and long life vehicles.
