What the petition asks
The courier company(s) name should be prominently displayed on the payment page.
Customers should be entitled to full refund of delivery charges if deliveries aren’t made to agreed schedules such as next day, 3 working days etc.
Customers should be entitled to full refund of delivery charges if deliveries aren’t made to agreed schedules such as next day, 3 working days etc.
Social media is full of comments from people about lost/missing/incorrectly delivered parcels, this is often down to one or two delivery companies. This causes inconvenience & frustration when goods arrive late, don’t arrive or arrive late.
Such a law would ensure retailers used reliable couriers & take swift action when poor service is highlighted, currently there is no incentive to improve.
The law would give customers the option to consider ordering using a company with a reliable courier.
