What the petition asks
We want reforms to the Animal Welfare Act that are infoced by local authorities to prevent dog owners from injuring or causing psychological damage to Canines; which results in dangerous behaviours.
Because against the modern science, to many lazy, old fashioned, uneducated trainers will use these methods as a quick fix which leads to fear and frustration in canines which leads to physical and psychological damage, which inturn leads to more incidents with the public more bites from dogs and more euthanized canines.
