Change the laws on the sale of fireworks to general public

What the petition asks
To either ban or restrict the size of fireworks allowed to be bought for personal use by the general public
More and more people are buying the biggest fireworks they can find and letting them off in built areas. Which apart from being extremely dangerous it also causes extreme undue stress in animals. Ideally I would like to see fireworks to be restricted to public displays in a safe controlled environment by professionals with the right training and safety measures put in place. Or at least restrict the sale of fireworks to non commercial sized ones.
