What the petition asks
Stop the ulez extension at a time when most people can barely afford to eat or keep warm
The people of this country are financially crippled at this present moment in time. Building a new vehicle also leaves a much bigger carbon footprint than maintaining an existing one or adapting it to fit into the required environment. The added expense of paying to travel into the zone daily for which some is a necessity for medical treatment is not viable. At this present moment in time many people can ill afford to eat and keep warm let alone take on the expense of a brand new car .
