Fund free parking for all staff at NHS hospitals

What the petition asks
All hospital workers should be able to park at their place of work for free, and not subjected to having to pay at a parking meter like visitors.
Free parking for hospital workers should have no time restrictions so they do not have to worry if their shift overruns.
Hospital staff that we have celebrated during the pandemic for the vital role they played, and are now striking to boost their pay, should not have to pay to park their cars whilst they work. It is disgraceful they are not given free parking to avoid the indignity of a parking ticket at the end of their shift. It is no wonder there is an NHS staff retention problem when we overlook basic benefits for them such as this.
