Make Dartmoor legal to wild camp on again
Rejected

What the petition asks
we would like to the government to make Dartmoor legal to wild camp on again after it was taken from us by a rich landowner that doesn’t understand what Dartmoor means to people and the Duke of Edinburgh and Ten Tors and for peoples mental health. Getting outdoors is vital for people.
we want the government or parliament to do it because we are powerless against the decision and only the government / parliament can change it. Please help us get our freedom back
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for. Decisions about legal cases referred to the courts are a matter for judiciary, not the UK Government or Parliament.
