Create legal rights to wild camp on all 'access land' in England

What the petition asks
The High Court has recently ruled that there is no right to wild camp on Dartmoor.
Scotland has legislation permitting wild camping and other similar activities on most open land.
The Government should extend similar rights as in Scotland to all 'access land' in England.
In Scotland you can Camp, Cycle or ride a Horse on the vast majority of open land provided you stick to a defined code of practice: https://www.outdooraccess-scotland.scot/
Until the recent High Court decision the same was thought true on Dartmoor but not other similar areas in England and Wales such as the Lake District, Snowdonia, the Yorkshire Dales etc.
Most of these already have rights of access for walking. Keep the definition of access land but extend the rights.
