Fund free period products for all

What the petition asks
Sanitary products for menstruation are not free. With the rise in cost of living, buying severely necessary products like these creates even more financial struggle. We want the Government to fund the provision of free products for all.
“Period poverty” as it has been called previously is a severe issue and needs to be fixed. It has been estimated that the average cost of period products is £128 a year, which may not seem large to some but lower income households may significantly struggle and may have to sacrifice other things such as food to buy pads/tampons.
