Regulate parent and child parking spaces

What the petition asks
The Government should require a minimum number of parent and child space available per 100 spaces in retail destinations that require a government issued badge to use to help with enforcement.
As a mother of two young children I am currently juggling car seats and buggies in order to leave my house to get the most simple things done. However, on many occasions I find myself struggling to find adequate parking to safely get my children out of the car, especially in retail destinations, such as supermarkets and retail parks. This is because the destinations either have very little or no spaces available. Regulating the use of the spaces would simply and easily rectify the situation in many cases.
