Stop ULEZ Expansion Tax on Londoners, UK residents and International Visitors!

What the petition asks
To oppose the TfL ULEZ expansion that residents cannot afford, nor will significantly benefit from. Spelthorne residents where air quality improvements would unlikely be achieved given we have Heathrow Airport in our community [outside London but would still have to pay] supports the outer boroughs.
This impacts residents within the boundary AND communities around the periphery - Who are NOT Londoners!
ULEZ expansion without public transport investment is wrong!
Expansion in the middle of a Cost-of-Living-Crisis is wrong!
Goes against community and business views!
Thousands trapped by an unaffordable £3,000pa tax!
The UK economic damage if 19million Heathrow passengers are included?
We seek clear action from the House of Commons so this totally unfair tax to boost TfL coffers is debated.
