Hold a referendum on leaving the European Convention on Human Rights

What the petition asks
I would like there to be a yes/no vote on leaving the ECHR, as there was with regards to leaving the European Union in 2016.
Set up a free vote for everyone on the electoral register so that we all have a say in whether the UK continues to be a party to the ECHR.
