Legally recognise Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)

What the petition asks

I want Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) to be legally recognised as legitimate assistance animals, so they cannot be refused by public services such as taxis, buses and shops.
As I know people with mental health issues that require Emotional Support Animals and the stress of their ESA not being allowed into places can be alarming and off putting, especially if you're emotionally vulnerable. I've personally experienced this as I've been refused by services for my Emotional Support Animal and it needs to stop now.
