Allow children to receive DLA up to the age of 18 years old

What the petition asks
Current rules mean that children can only receive Disability Living Allowance (DLA) up to the age of 16, and then must apply for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). We believe children should be able to receive DLA until the age of 18.
