Introduce 'Right To Dark' law for home and business properties

What the petition asks
Make a law that would make any artificial light trespass from one property to neighbouring properties an offence. Such lighting would include: security, safety, decorative and business display lighting.
To protect an individual’s right to have a natural dark environment after sunset to the exterior of their home and/or business property.
In summary; ‘The Right to Dark Law: No party, whilst illuminating their own property, shall illuminate the exterior of neighbouring and/or nearby properties. The aggrieved parties shall have the legal right to demand that such light trespass be addressed and removed.'
