Hold a Judicial Review into OFGEM and their working practices

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

Investigate OFGEM working practices and how they perform versus their stated mandate to protect vulnerable UK citizens and also provide a competitive energy market to reduce costs.
Investigate working relationships of OFGEM and major UK Utilities, especially funding and remuneration.
The widely reported Cost of Living Crisis is hitting many people, the vulnerable lower paid disproportionately, and the reports of the Utilities making record multi Billion pound profits is in direct opposition to the day to day challenges faced by these vulnerable people to simply heat and power their homes.
Additionally, with Energy being at the foundation of all industrial supply chains, these massive energy increases directly affect the competitive landscape for UK manufacturers.
