Guarantee access to public services without need for a digital ID

What the petition asks
For all who opt out of having their data stored in this way, the same level of access to public services should be guaranteed. This would also mean continued sufficient funding for relevant services to provide this i.e. call centre staff, online chat services and online infrastructure.
We believe it is a fundamental right for us to be able to decide how our data is stored. However this freedom is something that the population could be encouraged to abandon, via the strategic limitation of access to public services. We should be free to opt out without fear of any limitation to accessing public services. Otherwise the Government could gain access to our data without positive consent.
